MacOS Catalina
As the macOS Catalina drivers continue to be released, we wanted to remind you about the WorkCentre 3215/3225. If you do not see it listed, try going into the “Drivers and Download” page and selecting a different language in the language field. Then simply change the language back to the one that you need and you should see it in the driver. While we are aware of this issue and working, this tip will work in the meantime for those trying to take advantage of the WorkCentre 3215/3225 driver.

Default Password
Is your old default password no longer working? Try using the serial number of your printer. You can find this on the configuration or setting report for your printer. It will also be on a sticker on the device. For additional resources on how to find the serial number, search the words serial number in the online support for your machine.

The Xerox Customer Support Forum is a peer to peer forum. Although some employees will participate on the forum boards to answer questions, most of the answers come from other customers and users. You can use the forum to search a specific problem or questions to see what others are saying about the same topic.
