Mobile Printing Options

A lot of people get confused about what it means that a copier can do mobile printing. Mostly what we have found that people want when they request mobile printing is the ability to be able to print from their laptop or have their copier connected wirelessly, but this is just the ability for the copier to network with the other office devices. 

Mobile printing is usually accomplished through an app that many companies provide. This allows people to be able to print from their mobile devices. A lot of people find this option to be restricting, though, because it many of the apps can only print PDF’s or word documents. We have found though that if people give these apps a chance that they will find them to be convenient for a lot of instances.

Another option for mobile printing is for the copier to be able to receive and then print emails. This can be a really nice feature for a lot of companies.
